Granola bar shopping list:
- ¼ cup Raw honey
- ¼ cup Pure organic maple syrup
- Coconut oil- unrefined, cold press
- Chocolate chips- recommended brand is “Lily’s”
- ¼ cup Raw almonds
- 2 cups Oatmeal- rolled oats / old fashion (optional – gluten free)
- Optional: Unsweetened dry fruits such as Raisins, plums, dates, cranberries etc. Coconut flakes chia seeds or flaxseeds
